Celtic and New Age on Internet Radio

Finding new Celtic music in the US can be very tough. Since it does not fit into any of the cookie cutter molds of FM stations, it simply isn't played over the airwaves. So your best bet in finding something new is Internet Radio. Now the US government is doing their best to put any sort of small broadcaster out of business, but that's another story. Here is a list of the Internet Radio Stations I know of that play New Age or Celtic music.

  • live365 - The best option for Celtic music. They have a number of Celtic broadcasters and stations. They have New Age as well as just about any kind of music you can think of.
  • AOL Radio - Looks like it incorporates the old Spinner.com site and the old AOL radio site into one. Has categories for New Age stuff and Cetlic. Though the celtic channel seemed to be focused on bagpipes????? Weird.
  • sky.fm - Has a New Age channel that will stream MP3s, AACs or Windows media.
